During the launch meeting of the project in Marseille, LICA led a 3 day training session for all partners.
The objective ? Professionalize facilitators on tools and workshop facilitation to maximize the impact of raising awareness of the ecological transition.
Through the use of various collective intelligence tools, such as dynamic debate and Bono’s hats, participants were able to practice facilitating a group and receive feedback from their peers.
Participants learned the golden rules for fostering collective intelligence such as:
>Balance speaking time
>Clearly explain instructions
>Set a Trust Framework
>Support speaking up
Participants left with practical tools to help them run their workshops effectively in their own third place !
